An independent Iraqi non-governmental organization (NGO), a non-government organization, which aims to conduct economic research and studies, participate in developing plans and the economic vision for Iraq, and monitor, follow-up and evaluate its implementation paths, characterized by boldness, objectivity and professionalism, working for the public good. The institute was established in 2004 by a group of economic experts and its organizational structure includes a board of trustees and distinguished experts in their field of specialization. The institute obtained a license from the NGO Department under the number ID 9319
